Jailed Man Goes Completely Berserk - Archie J. Clark, who was being held in Rappahannock County jail, charged with a number of breakings and entering in the area, went berserk in his cell and destroyed and defaced everything he could reach. He tore the cot and stool loose from the wall and broke a number of window panes.
