nocK uounty, Virginia, Known as the Toliver Bennett property, and shown on Tax Map 47 as parcel 13, said property having been acquired by Toliver Bennett (also known as Toliaferro Bennett) by deed dated 11 March 1686 of record in Deed Book R, Page 441 of the land records maintained by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
Parties in Interest: The parties who may have an interest in this suit, the real-estate to be sold, and/or the proceeds from the sale of the real-estate are Toliver Bennett and his heirs, their spouses, personal representatives and assigns.
All parties who may have, or claim to have, an interest in the subject matter of this suit must appear in this Court and protect their interest on or before March 9, 1987.
