Echoing Mrs. Lacava, Mrs. Baines noted the progress made with the recent approval of the capital outlay project for the high school. "Rappahannock can be a top notch school system,” she said. "They are expensive,” she conceded of the RCEA’s proposals. "We realize that. But living day to day is expensive for each and eveiy one of us.”
Chairman Beverly Massie voiced appreciation for the Association’s efforts. "Well do our best in presenting a budget to the Board of Supervisors,” she promised.
