In an interview Sunday, Minority House leader Raymond R. "Andy” Guest (R-Fauquier/Rappahannock/Clarke/Warren) said he believed the amendment was an “infringement on property rights.” He and Fauquier's other two House delegates opposed the amendment and the bill itself.
Like many of his Republican and Democratic House colleagues, the minority leader thinks it would be inconsistent to force hunters to wear blaze orange on their own property yet not require them to have a license to hunt the land.
