But if it had been instituted ahd if the Jews had accepted Christ as their Messiah (forestalling their disastrous Second Rebellion, when they followed a false mqssiah to defeat) today the “Christian” world would be “Jewish,” and instead of capitalism and communism, an evolved “Jubilee” would no doubt prevail throughout the world, providing for a periodic redistribution df land and wealth every 50 years . at least once during the average lifetime.
There is no way the Biblical rates for “Jubilee” could be followed nqw - times have changed and our Constitution forbids it. But there is nothing to prevent our being pre-“civlized” people - the time inspired by this great Biblical idea.
The Jubilee is the perfect economic system for the coming “people-archy” or “family-archy,” where God (the Trinity) is being revealed as a divine Family in which all people are members, needing only to be “born again” into its spirit and life! It is seen as a heavenly Family consisting of a Mother, a Father, and am Elder Sibling to all mortals and angels. :
The Jubilee is to economics whfrt love is to life. It would mean a democratic market place where consumers and employees, as well as bosses, decided upon its course. It would mean a further extension of fairness, justice and equality into ill of our lives!
It is God’s plan for national survival: periodic redistribution of land and wealth . . . “Jubilee.” ;
