Retired Senior Volunteers will be / making senior discount cards on Tuesday, July 12 at the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Service Center, 401 S. Main St., Culpeper, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Residents of Planning District 9 who are over 60 years of age are eligible for the cards, which entitle them to discounts at more than 100 local businesses and services. A contribution of $2 is requested.
