PROPOSALS SOLID WASTE HAULING
AND LANDFILL
OPERATIONS
The County of Rappahannock is seeking proposals from qualified bidders to perform solid waste hauling and landfilling operations support for the County's sanitary landfill facility.
Contractor shall collect waste from the County's green-box dumpster locations at Huntty and Scrabble and haul same to the sanitary landfill at Amissville. Contractor shall provide dumpsters at both sites as well as at a convenience center located at the landfill.
Contractor shall also furnish a front end loader and operator who shall be under the immediate supervision of the County landfill Operator, who shall be a County employee.

Bidding shall be by Competitive Negotiation aswutiined in Section 11.37 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 (as amended). The County reserves the right to reject any or ail bids.
All Proposals, including preliminary prices, should be received at the Building, Zoning, and Administration Offices by Wednesday, July 27,1988, at 4:30 p.m.
