William counties and the City of Winchester, Anna Hudson placed third in drawing interpretation. Then in the state finals for Level I, again in competition with students from Triple A school divisions, RCHS eighth grader Jesse Reynolds scored second highest in the state on the Technical Bowl’s written exam. Jesse, Mike Campbell, and Michael Early, as an eighth grade team, placed third overall, while Bobby Jenkins posted the second highest individual score in the Technical Bowl’s Level II, and RCHS’s Level II team of Anna Hudson, Bobby Jenkins, and Brandon Hudsonpillar was first statewide in composite score.
Next year, RCHS hopes to be host for the northern region’s Technical Bowl fair with 15 schools competing in as many as 30 contests, Mr. Currie noted.
