Legal Notices 127 PUBLIC HEARING AMENDMENTSTO ZONING ORDINANCE On Monday, August 1, 1988, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors will hold a public heering to consider the following amendments to the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County: 3.3- 3(F) Amend by adding *SE* in all columns except V and-MHP" 3.3- 4(C) Amend by deleting "SE" from *C" and 'A* columns. Add 'SE* in "HC" and "I” column. 3.3- 5(KK) Amend by deleting "P" from "HC^ column. Footnote 2/ p. 29 Amend by deleting period and adding af end of next to last sentence: ; and (4) no more than one such family division lot shall I be allowed to each lot, parcel or tract of land in any one(1) calendar year; and (5), notice shall be mailed to all adjacent property owners of the approval of the lot. All those properties deprived of the right to obtain a family division due to the approval of a sister parcel's family division, shall be allowed one . (1) family division exception to the density requirements of this ordinance (if otherwise qualifying).
