Virginia farmers interested in donating hay or who need hay should call the hotline or the Rappahannock Extension office (675-3619) to participate in the program. The information needed includes the farmer’s name, address, telephone number, kind of hay, quantity, and type of bale (round or square). The Extension offices will assist with coordination and movement of the hay at the local level.
