Old Rag Bulletins Relief for hurricane victims Rental Uniform Service in Culpeper is coordinating an area-wide drive, with the assistance of Congressman D. French Slaughter Jr., for donations to help the residents of Charleston, South Carolina who were devastated last week by Hurricane Hugo. Donations of canned goods, clothing, bedding, household furnishing, appliances, even old rags for cleaning, will be welcomed. RUS will have personnel available from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. to assist with unloading heavy items. The company plans to leave for Charleston ■ early Friday morning, Sept. 29, so residents are urged to take items to the plant as quickly as possible. RUS is located on U.S. 29 Business (555 James Madison Highway) ; on the right as one travels east toward : Brandy Station from Culpeper.
