The Ways and Means Club of Macedonia Baptist Church, Flint Hill, is sponsoring a banquet at the church on Saturday, October 5 at 7 p.m. A roast beef dinner will be served.

Dee Dee Grant and Susan
Dennis will be cast with the 4-H Performing Arts group in a musical program, “Holiday in Music,” at the Virginia State Fair in Richmond on Sunday, September 30. Show times are 1, 3, 5 and 7 p.m. in the Youth Building. Susan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bob Dennis of Flint Hill and Dee Dee, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Eldred of Washington became members of the 4-H Performing Arts group after participating in the Performing Arts Holiday in Fauquier County in July.
Robert M. Miller has been appointed Trust Officer of The Peoples National Bank. He will fill the position vacated by Col. W. B. Mickley who has retired. Miller joined the bank as an assistant trust office in June, 1977. He is a graduate of University of the South Sewanee, Tenn., and Brooklyn Law School. He and his wife, Kathleen, live in Rappahannock County at Woodville.
