Windmore has
new director
Paula Gray Stafford, a Culpeper resident and thespian has been selected as executive director of the Windmore Foundation for the Arts.
Mrs. Stafford, 32, and two others came up with the idea for an organization which supports the preforming and visual arts. That idea has germinated and has become the Windmore Foundation.
