First Baptist banquet The annual Julia E. Boddie Scholarship Banquet will be held at the First Baptist Church, Washington on Saturday, Sept. 30 at 6 p.m. Rev. Your support is urgently needed to help some Rappahannock County High School student to further his or her education. “Education is on a decline because of shortage of funds. Scholarships are needed to help students to further their education in either Technical or Academic fields,” said an organizer. Tickets are $12 per person, tax deductible.
