Inn seeks survey input
The Citizens' Advisory Committee Which is surveying town residents for their opinions on the proposed expansion of The Inn at Little Washington is also looking for input from residents of the county. Any county residents who wish to participate in the survey, which will be presented to the Inn's owners, are asked to contact a member of the committee or Nancy Thomasson at Country Heritage in Washington (675-3738).
Commodities distribution
The Rappahannock County Department of Social Services will distribute commodities on Friday, May 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church in Washington. All eligible recipients are encouraged to pick up their commodities. For additional information, call Social Services (675-3313).
(Spring band concert
The Rappahannock County High School band will hold its annual spring concert on Thursday, May 24 at 7:30 p.m. in the high school auditorium. There will be no admission charge, and the public is invited to attend this "splendid concert," said band director David Orth.
