Culpeper Fanners’ Cooperative, Inc. and Orange-Madison Cooperative Farm Service announced last week that they have begun negotiations for a possible merger or other consolidation of their organizations, according to Ted Gore of the Culpeper Co-op.
According to a press release, a definitive agreement to consolidate hasn’t been reached at this time. Such agreement needs members approval, said the statement.
