The Sperryville Business Council will meet on Sunday at 5:30 p.m. at The Annex on Main Street. Plans for the Memorial Day Festival will be finalized. All members are urged to attend.

The Sperryville United Methodist Church honored Mrs. Geraldine Payne at a graduation fellowship supper on Saturday night at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Carson Johnson. Approximately 35 attended. Mrs. Payne graduated on Saturday from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg.

Oldway Craft Village still has a few spaces available for the Oldway demonstrating festival on May 26 and 27. Demonstrations are encouraged but not required. Interested artists should call the Oldway office at 987-8474.
