rar. and Mrs. Bill Gardiner and infant daughter Danielle Elsie of Arnold, Md. visited Danielle’s greatgrandparents Mr. and Mrs. Charlie A. Wood at “Dun Lookin” last week.

The home of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Mills was the setting for a Mother’s Day luncheon hosted by Mrs. Mills and Mrs. Janet Peregory in honor of Mrs. Ruth Peregory. Others present were Mrs. Lucille Peregory, Bill Peregory and Joel of Front Royal, Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Bragg and Kelly, Joe Peregory and children and Jerry Mills and daughters.

Our condolences go out to Mrs. Hazel Dodson and family upon the passing of her brother Kenneth May who died at Menmi Hospital in Ashville, North Carolina on Saturday.

Mother’s Day guests of Mrs. Cary Thornhill were Mr. and Mrs. Winifrey Thornhill of Nokesville, Mr. and Mrs. C.G. Thornhill and Brittany of Culpeper, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Thornhill and Melanie, Mr. and Mrs. David Thornhill, Elaina, Laureen and Karl David, Gary Kopjanski and his cousin Danny from Vienna.

Saturday evening the Gordon Thornhill and C.G. Thornhill families entertained Mrs. Cary Thornhill at Woodsmoke Cafe in Sperryville. On Monday Mr. and Mrs. Harry Morrison of Winchester were here and entertained Mrs. Thornhill at Country Cookin in Culpeper.

Mr. Dallas Johnson of Fayettsville, North Carolina is visiting his aunt Mrs. Cary Thornhill.
