The object of this suit is to effect partition amongst the owners by sate or otherwise, of a tract of land which Henry Lee and Mary Ellen Lee and Paul Lee died seized and possessed, located one mile west of Viewtown, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land containing Sixty Seven and 22 one hundredths (67.22) acres, more or less, as is more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint.
