AUJUUotU, UHUbHtU and DECREED that all possible PARTIES UNKNOWN having an interest in all of that certain tract or ■parcel of land of which Henry Lee and Mary Ellen Lee and Paul Lee died seized and possessed are made parties defendant and said persons are made parties defendant by a general description of 'PARTIES UNKNOWN', as follows:

Unknown heirs of Henry Lee, Mary Ellen Lee, Paul Lee, William Henry Lee, Lula Lee Togans, Lucy Lee, Charles B. Togans, Silas Lee, Paul Lee, Russell Lee, Helen Lee, Delia Lee, John Henry Lee, Russell Lee, Pete Lee, Winfield Lee, Addison Lee, Mary B. Lee, Fannie Lee Lawson, James Lee, George Lee, Nathan Lee * and John Lawson, or their widow or widower and heirs, devisees, successors in title, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, and it is therefore, further

ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that Georgia Proctor, Alice Howard Lee, Margaret Lee, James Lee, Lucy Lee and Winfield Lee, if they be living, and any of said unknown heirs, devisees or successors in title, if any such there be, and/or any other unknown parties having an interest in the lands Henry Lee and Mary Ellen Lee and Paul Lee died seized and possessed of, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, do appear on or before April 12, 1991, and do what is necessary to protect their interests herein.

It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the RAPPAHANNOCK NEWS, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, within ten (10) days after the entry of this Order of Publication, that the Clerk post an attested copy of this Order at the front door of the Court House and that the Clerk further prepare a certificate of said facts and file same in the papers of this cause.
