the bride and bridesmaid. At the closing prayer, Mrs. Martin-Dockery, ended the ceremony with “Savior Like a Shephard Lead Us,” sung a cappella.

Following the wedding, a dinner was held in the parish hall, hosted by Fern Williams of Washington. She was assisted by Lucy Ann Kidwell and Rose Ordway, both of Culpeper.

The couple took a wedding trip to Luray and Winchester in the Shenandoah Valley. They will reside in Sperryville.

Mrs. Gaunt is employed by Kelly Temporary Services in Culpeper as an account representative.

Mr. Gaunt is employed by Cinema Plus in Orange as a sales associate.

Out of town guests included: Mrs, Jack Gorday, mother of the bride and Mrs. Danny Pate, sister of the bride, both of Fitzgerald, Ga., Dianne Griner, the brides aunt, of Atlanta, Ga., Nina Gaunt, stepmother of the groom, Martha Gaunt, sister of the groom, Bill Gaunt, brother of the groom, all of Novum, Va., Mr. and Mrs. Michael De Noble, brother-in-law and sister of the groom of Madison, Mrs. John Gaunt, the groom’s aunt, Mrs. Clay Gaunt, Joan Gaunt, all of Luray, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Dockery and son Luke of Staunton, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Samuels and daughters of Orange, M.J.
