Griffith Jr. Infant Harry Dwayne Griffith Jr., died Wednesday, May 27 at Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton. Infant Griffith was born May 27, the son of Dwayne and Connie Griffith of Rixeyville. Survivors in addition to his parents include two sisters, Amanda and Brittany Griffith; grandparents, David and Helen Brooks of Amissville and Frances and Raymond Griffith of Culpeper and greatgrandmothers, Rosie Pullen of Washington, Pearl Brooks of Manassas, Helen Walker of Front Royal and Maudie Sowers of Culpeper. Graveside services were held Friday, May 29 at Hillcrest Memory Gardens with Rev. John S. Farrar officiating. Clore Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Nannie Weaver Nannie Viola Putnam Weaver, 81, of Hume, formerly of Flint Hill, died Wednesday, May 27 at the Fauquier Hospital. The funeral was conducted Saturday, May 30 at the Hume Baptist Church by the Rev. Robert Winston. Burial was in Orlean Cemetery.
Mrs. Weaver was bom Aug. 6, 1910 in Rappahannock County, the daughter of the late Edward and Lucy Grimsley Putnam. She was a member of the Hume Baptist The Final Tribute
