Old fashion field day
The Flint Hill Volunteer Fire Department will hold an old fashion field day with a pig roast, horseshoe tournament, trophies will be awarded, a greasy pig contest for the children, trophies will be awarded, live band and volleyball beginning at 12 noon on Saturday, June 13.
Burke family reunion
The families of the late Lewis and Bessie Jenkins Burke will hold a reunion on Sunday, June 14 at the Rappahannock Park near Washington. Family members and friends are invited to attend, bringing a picnic lunch and beverage, and meet old and new friends. Lunch will be served at 12:30.
Trip to Myrtle Beach
