Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Sisk and Bessie Sisk were last Saturday overnight and Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. David Cordle and Devon in Williamsburg. On Sunday they attended confirmation services at Wellspring Methodist Church in which Devon was a confirm and. Mr. and Mrs. Chucky Sisk and Esther Jenkins joined them for the service and were Sunday evening guests in the Cordle home.
Mrs. T.M. Johnston spent last week in Charlottesville with her grandchildren Bethany and Broocks Meade while their mother was away on a business trip.
Birthday wishes go out to Bernard Jenkins who will celebrate his on Friday, June 12 and Amy Wharton on Sunday, June 14.
The Sperryville Bridge Club was entertained Friday night at the home of Miriam Reeve.
