Watton dated March 4, 1968 and recorded in Deed Book 169 at page 732 among the Land Records of Rappahannock County, Virginta; default having been made in the payment of the Indebtedness secured thereby and having been directed to do so by the holder of the note, the undersigned Trustee will on Tuesday, June 16,1992,
