TRUSTEE'S SALE

In execution of a Deed of Trust made by Thomas J. Watton and Tammy Y. Watton dated March 4, 1968 and recorded in Deed Book 169 at page 732 among the Land Records of Rappahannock County, Virginta; default having been made in the payment of the Indebtedness secured thereby and having been directed to do so by the holder of the note, the undersigned Trustee will on Tuesday, June 16,1992,

at 10:00 a.m. in front of the Rappahannock County Courthouse, on Gay Street, Washington. Virginia 22747, offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder the following parcel of real estate situated and being in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, with all improvements thereon, described as: Beginning at ‘A*, on the plat, a gutter spike driven in Route 626 about 20 ft. N 21-3/4 degrees E of an iron pipe, on the southwest side of the road and running with H.G. Wayiand's line along a ridge with or very near an old rail fence. S 213/4 degrees W 653 ft. to *B*, an iron pipe driven beside a planted rock in the fence corner; thence, with a line of Joe Dodson (dee d) with or very near a wire fence for the most part and a rail fence in part S 34 3/4 degrees E 311 ft to a *C*. a gutter spike driven in route 626 about 20 ft. S 343/4 E of an iron bar on the west side of the road: thence, along the middle of said road with land remaining to Mary Hill Ingeraod (the following courses given for the purpose of calculating the area; N 151/2 degrees E 150 ft; N 25 1/2 degrees E 256 ft.; 16 degrees E 200 ft : N 7 degrees E 100 ft.; N 23 1/2 degreees W 85 ft.: N 47-1/2 degrees W 172 ft.) to the beginning and containing three and nine-tenths (3.9) acres, more or less;
