That lot is (or was) approximately 42 feet by 27 feet, which is 1,134 square feet or 0.0259 acre.
Back in July Ms. Eagle, through her attorney ' Douglas Baumgardner, asked the council to approve a plat of the property that outlined new dimensions: she had purchased a strip of land three feet wide along the side and a another strip six feet wide long the back, making the lot approximately 45 X 33 feet. That unchallenged addition added 0.0081 acre to the lot, leaving it still considerably short of the town’s minimum lot size of one half acre.
The plat also delineated two additional sections, one 45 by 20 feet that extended into Wheeler street, and another section that extended into Gay Street extended.
