Thirty-three processors around the state have agreed to handle the venison. In this area, Calhoun's Meats in Culpeper, T '& U Deer Processing in Berryville, McWilliams Meats in Gordonsville, Manassas Frozen Foods and Dinthicum Slaughtering in Manassas, Gerald Koss in Fdinburg and Guard Hili Meats in Middletown are participating processors.
