Rabies Clinic Rappahannock County and the Rappahannock Animal Welfare League will hold a rabies vaccination clinic on Saturday, April 29, 1995, from 2-4 PM at the Washington Fire Hall, in Washington, VA. Rabies vaccinations will be provided to dogs by Dr. Clark, of the Blue Mountain Animal Clinic in Luray, for a fee of $6 per animal. The Rappahannock County Treasurer will be on hand to sell dog licenses during the afternoon. You must have a valid rabies vaccination in order to obtain a county dog license. By order of: John W.
