What could be better Easter morning than fresh bread from your bread machine. Here is a fruit and nut loaf that is perfect the for assembling ahead so it can bake while you sleep and be freshly baked when you rise.

And for the really ambitious, there’s a recipe for making croissants in the bread machine. If you don’t mind putting in the kitchen, the results are well worth the effort required for layering the dough with butter and chilling several times. You will be really impressed with the light, melt-in your mouth texture of the finished rolls.

And, Easter would not be complete without a recipe for Hot Cross Buns. The bread machine makes light work of the mixing and then the dough is shaped and baked conventionally.
