Easter-Fruit Bread 1-1/2 lb. loaf: 7/8 cup milk 1 large egg 3 cups bread flour 1 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon grated orange peel 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1 /2 cup chopped nuts 3 tablespoons margarine or butter 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast 1-lb. loaf: 3/4 cup milk - 1 medium egg 2 cups bread flour 3/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons sugar 3/4 teaspoon grated orange peel 1/3 cup raisins 173 cup dried cranberries 1/3 cup chopped nuts 2 tablespoons margarine or butter 1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast 1. Place ingredients in machine in order recommended by manufacturer. 2. Set on Basic White Bread cycle with light crust or use Sweet Bread cycle to add fruit and nuts at signal.
