I have a new 2-lb. bread machine. How can 1 adapt your recipes to these larger size?

First of all, you can always make smaller quantities in any machine. When you want the larger-sized loaves, just double the recipe quantities for the 1-lb. loaf. Most 2-lb. loaves use approximately 4 cups flour and 1 3/4 cups liquid.

This fruit and nut bread has a hint of orange.

Serve warm or cold with several butter spreads for Easter or any spring morning.
