In an unrelated case, Charles C. Boykin, II, AKA Charles C. Boykin, Jr., 33, of Amissville, pieced guilty to three felonies: possession of cocaine, possession of a firearm after having been convicted of a felony, and possession of cocaine while simultaneously possessing a firearm.

Mr. Boykin had been charged with the felonies in February, 1993, after a search of his vehicle, and was found to have possession of 5.18 grams of cocaine.

He will remain incarcerated until sentencing on April 20.
