Two juveniles, incarcerated in connection with the burglary at Baldwin’s Grocery in February, had their cases transferred to Circuit Court from Juvenile court last Thursday.

Because both boys, Basil John Chuppa, 17, of Front Royal and Nathan Dale Foreman, 17, of White Post, have lengthy juvenile records, including property crimes, Commonwealth’s Attorney Peter Luke decided they should be dealt with as adults instead of juveniles. Judge W. Shore Robertson agreed.
