On |uly 14, 1995, the Madison office-of Potomac Edison will be closed to walk-in customers. In order to provide continued personalized customer service, our telephone Customer Service Center is now open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year—including holidays—to answer your calls and provide you with the best possible service. You may call our helpful customer service representatives at 1 -800-654-331 7 any time of the day or night. Our commitment to providing you with outstanding service remains unchanged—we stand ready to promptly answer your questions, sign you up for new service, schedule visits by our employees to help solve problems and courteously assist you with all your electric energy needs.

In addition, Potomac Edison will be ottering its new PowerPay electronic bill payment service to our valued customers in July 1995. You will receive more information on how you can sign up with your July or August Potomac Edison bill. PowerPay is an automatic bill payment service which is similar to direct deposit. You can enroll in the program and authorize your local bank or financial mstitutibn to deduct bill payments electronically from a designated checking or savings account on your bill's due date. PowerPay is just one more way Potomac Edison is working to make our service to you more efficient and convenient.

For those who prefer to pay by mail, we will include a return envelope with your bill. If you would rather pdy your bill locally, you may do so at
