Each region also has it own specialities, including seafoods, ham and pork sausages, lamb stew, roasted meats, gazpacho (cold vegetable soup), paella (rich with fish, seafood and/or meat), Arros negre (rice with calamar ink), Cocido (Castillian soup), and a wide variety of other foods.
