Virginia Hickman
Mrs. Virginia Bowen Hickman, 74, of Warrenton, died on June 7 at the Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton.
She was bom in Culpeper County, a daughter of the late John William and Myrtle Latham Bowen.
She was the wife of the late Karl W. Hickman.
Mrs. Hickman was a member of the Orlean Baptist Church and a retired postmaster for the U.S. Postal Service.
She is survived by two daughters, Dorothy J. Robinson and Beverly H. Scanlan, both of Warrenton; two brothers, James .Robert Bowen of Culpeper and William R. Bowen of Amissville and two granddaughters, Andrea Robinson and Stephanie Robinson, both of Warrenton.
Memorial services were held on Sunday, June 11 at the Orlean Baptist Church with interment in the Orlean Cemetery. The Rev. Randy West officiating.
