The Jefferson Ruritan Club would like to thank all the students who took the time to write an essay on “Why I'd like to Spend Two Week on A Canadian Wilderness Adventure Camp This Summer.”
The club received many good essays; and it was very difficult to select the winning entry.
However, after careful consideration, the judging committee from the Ruritan Club selected the essay written by Frank Suter of Culpeper. Congratulations to Frank on winning a two week Canadian Wilderness Adventure Camp donated by TASC for Teens of Jeffersonton! Frank is 13 and attends St. Luke’s School.
On the evening of June 14, Frank and his parents will attend the monthly Jefferson Ruritan Club meeting and read his winning essay. He has chosen to attend the Aug. 5-18. Canadian Lakeside Base Fishing Camp.
