Upon hearing of a devastating earthquake in Russia recently, many resident in the village of Amissville and Viewtown were eager to leam if local Sean Wayland was safe. He had just left on a missions trip to Moldova, a small country bordering the Ukraine and Romania. Fortunately, the quake was not in his area.
At a time when many wonder what kind of kids we’re turning out of our schools, it's refreshing to know that many are anxious to serve others — not all of them are selfish and selfindulgent. Sean's community is proud of him. He has dedicated his life to helping others.
