NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Amissville Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company Incorporated of the State Virginia will meet on July 5. 1995, at 7:30 p.m. o'clock, in the Amissville Vol. Fire & Rescue Co. Station for the purpose of holding a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on a proposal that the Issuer enter into a leasepurchase agreement in order to finance certain equipement. The equipment to be financed consists of One (1) Custom Pierce Fire Truck and will, be located at: Amissville Vol. Fire and Rescue Co. Inc.
To finance the costs of such equipment and to pay costs and expenses incidental to the financing the Issuer proposes to enter into a lease agreement in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $110,000.00. The issuer will be required to pay all expenses of operating, maintaining and insuring the equipment and to pay all taxes on the equipment. The rental payments due pursuant to the lease-purchase agreement will be secured by a security interest in the equipment.
All persons interested may appear, and be heard at said time and place or may file written comments with the President of the Issuer prior to the date of hearing set forth hereinabove.
