Aug. 21-23, 9-11:30 a.m.? $3. Can you become a gourmet chef? Well, maybe not, but you will learn cooking techniques and prepare food dishes. This is a hands-on workshop. As part of this workshop, we will tour Shenandoah’s Pride Dairy one day to see a modern, state-of-the-art milk processing plant to understand how food gets from the farm to the table.
