4-H Overnight Camp Set Junior 4-H Camp for Rappahannock and Fauquier Counties is July 9- 1 13 and is fast approaching. Youth, ages 9-13, as of Jan. 1, 1995 are eligi- 1 ble to attend. A typical day consists of morning classes, afternoon swimming and ' recreation and an evening campfire circle program. The camp is staffed ' by a camp director, camp nurse, lifeguard, college students who teach ; classes plus local Extension agents and 4-H adult leaders. The cost of overnight is $110. Weight Control Club Planned Virginia Cooperative Extension is sponsoring a youth weight control 1 camp Aug. 27-31 at the Northern Virginia 4-H Center, Front Royal. “Camp Lighten Up” helps teach boys and girls to develop health weight control practices, better eating habits, and improve self esteem and body concept. Open to boys and girls ages 9-14. The Camp costs $ 110. Registration deadline is July 31.
