Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Brown of Woodville, Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Brown and daughters, Amanda and Bobbie Jo and Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. Clark camped at Starlite Camping Resort Camp Ground in Lancaster,Pa.

While there the group enjoyed Hershey Park, The Amish Village, Strasburg Rail Road, Green Dragon Market, Roats Craft and Flea Market, Bird-in-Hand Farmer’s Market and shopping in Reading and Lancaster at the outlets. The group left on Thursday, Aug. 10 and returned home on Tuesday, Aug. 15.

Mrs. Gladys Bowie of Culpeper, Miss Mary Miller Wood and Mrs. Nancy W. Reeve attended the service of Alice L. Wood being ordained as a Presbyterian Minister and being installed as a Pastor of Wiley Presbyterian Church in Wiley, Georgia on Aug. 20. Alice is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Downing Wood of Sunnyside Farm.

Mr. and Mrs. Art Tancheck of Noakesville were Sunday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Simmons.

Our condolences to the family of Mrs. Ruth Keyser who passed away recently.

Samantha Falls of Woodville and Bobbie Jo Brown spent Wednesday night with their grandparents, Mr. anc Mrs. Edward M. Clark.

Miss Amanda Brown spent Frida> and Saturday with Mr. and Mrs. TinFalls, Samantha and Robert ir Woodville.

Walter and Susan Longyear anc daughter, Casey of Fairlea spent 11 days vacationing in Las Vegas Nevada, Zion National Park in Utah The Grand Canyon in Arizona anc visiting friends in Phoenix, Arizona Susan said they had a great time gu good to be back in Virginia.

Our sympathy is extended to the family of Eugene McFarland whc passed away on Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. Troy Baker anc daughters, Leslie and Raven vaca tioned for a week in North Caroline and Tennessee.
