3. ) All exterior trim board on the second floor of the Courthouse at gutters and down spouts, to include of gutters and downspouts. This work to include painting of said surfaces and materials on the Commissioner of Accounts addition to the rear of the Courthouse as well.
4. ) All surfaces of the fire escape located on the north side of the Courthouse.
5. ) All exterior surfaces and trim of the Rappahannock County Old Extension Office (Administration Building), to include all gutter and downspouts.
As the Courthouse is a currently occupied governmental building, interested bidders are forewarned that schedules most particularly of the Circuit and General District Courts will limit available dates and times for working in the building. Flexibility in setting work hours may be necessary.
All work is to be completed within sixty (60) days from contract award.
The procedures for competitive sealed bidding as set forth in section 11-37, et seq., of the" Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended shall apply. Bidder should submit a proposal setting forth a final fixed price for all labor and materials, signed by the bidder, in a sealed envelope to John W. Me- ? Carthy, County Administrator. PO Box 519, Washington, VA 22747, or hand deliver same to the Old Extension Office, Gay St. Washington. VA. 22747, not later than Tuesday, September 5. 1995, at 12:00 Noon, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
