At the annual meeting of Old Dominion Electric Cooperative held in Falls Church Mr. William Alphin was re-elected to its board of directors and also re-elected to the Delaware, Maryland and Virginia board of directors of which he will serve as Vice President. Mr. Alphin has been a member of the boards since 1980.
