Mr. Wingfield commented that where the Bleu Rock Inn and the high school are are unique areas in the county. He has always felt that the wind and temperatures in that area have been extreme.
One good thing though, said Mr. Wingfield, is that all the rain has been great for gardens. The beans and com he planted on April 19 really shot up over the weekend, he said.
