The Flint Hill Baptist Church which has been closed for 28 years will reopen at 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 19.
Guest speaker for the service will be the Rev. Lanny Horton Director of Missions of the Shiloh Baptist Association in Culpeper. Special music will be provided by the Shiloh Baptist Choir.
Area pastors taking part in the service will be Rev. Phillip Bailey, Washington Baptist Church; Rev. Merlin Shorb, United Methodist Churches of Flint Hill, Willis Chapel and Sperryville; and Rev. Jimmy Burke of Chester Gap Baptist. The public is cordially invited to attend.
