Willie Eastham suffered his fourth loss of the season as the Panthers lost to Clarke County 13-2 Monday.

Willie had a 2-0 lead going into the fifth inning when the Panther’s defense collapsed. Five errors, seven l?it,s, and thirteen runs proved too great a margin for the young Panthers.

Jon Butler, Jason Brown and Willie Eastham led the hitting which produced the only two Panthers runs.

A week earlier the Panthers hosted Manassas Park. The coaches relied on senior Willie Eastham to hurl from the mound. Willie allowed only five sporadic Cougar hits while striking out four.
