Bake Sale Planned

The Rappahannock County Band Boosters will hold a Mother’s Day bake sale from 7 a.m. to 12 noon Saturday, May 11 at the Rappahannock Farmers Co-op. Proceeds go toward purchase of uniforms.

Mothering Cooperative To Meet

Choral Concert Saturday

The Culpeper-Piedmont Choral Society announces the final performance of its spring concert called “Just Broadway” will be held at 8 p.m. on Saturday, May 11 at the Culpeper Baptist Church. Music Director, Arthur Palmer has chosen medleys from Kismet, Man of LaMancha, May Fair Lady, Oklahoma, Oliver and Phantom of the Opera for the forty choristers’ performance. The concert is free and open to the public, however donations will be gratefully accepted. For more information call Renate Chapman at 675-3502.

Raffle Underway

The RCES PTO is holding a raffle to raise money for new playground improvement. The first prize is an antique quilt; second prize is a collectible basket and the third prize will be a boys or girls bicycle. Tickets are $1 each and if you have any questions call RCES at 9878259.
