Chowan Honors Committee selected Lori as one of 30 students to appear in the 1997 issue of Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.
Lori completed her fourth year as a college volleyball player, her second year as captain of the team. She was given a special award at Chowan’s athletic banquet. - Lori is the daughter of Paul and Melbry Paratore of Amissville.
