Kite Fly Benefit
Being Planned
An Earth Day Kite Fly benefit will be held at the Ben Venue Kite Festival in Flint Hill with a Saturday night dance party put on by Ben Venue Kite Festival, Inc. and the Piedmont Environmental Council.
Slip Slop out of winter and Swing into spring! Join in on Saturday, March 29, 7 to 11 p.m. with seven jitterbug lessons given by Craig “Hutch” Hutchinson. Dance starts at 8 p.m.
Enjoy big band and swing tunes spun by Swing Dance Meister Doug “The Gator” Levitas. Soft sole shoes please, no heels. The dance will be held at the Marshall Community Center, Marshall exit 28 off of Route 66 West. Keep right off exit. Go straight thru intersection. Community Center on the right.
